- BC Admin for Processing Orders
BC Admin is an app that is available on both Android and iOS that allows you to process platform orders while on-the-go. You can view reports, filter orders by type, payment method used and dates. We've released an update that makes this app even better! For retailers that have their own team of delivery drivers, you can now assign each order to a driver. Simply type in the name of the delivery agent handling the order and hit the SAVE button. When done, this is reflected in all the great reporting capabilities we have on our backend console so you can easily reconcile the tip amounts for your well-deserving delivery team!
Thought we were done? NO! The upcoming version of the BC Admin app will send you a push notification and an audio alert to notify you when your customers place an order, or when they are at the parking spot for a curbside pickup.
