  • Instacart Partnership Program


It is with great excitement that Bottlecapps announces its partnership with Instacart

In our effort to make good on our daily promise to be the most comprehensive tech solution for retail beer, wine, and spirits, Bottlecapps is now offering its store partners easy access to the Instacart marketplace and its daily active customers! This partnership with Instacart will offer Bottlecapps stores like you a personalized onboarding experience and preferred status within their platform. All this working in coordination to do one simple thing - drive more orders to YOU, at the lowest cost possible

Instacart Delivery is best-in-class. It’s supported by a fleet of over 600k full service shoppers and serves over 90% of North American households today. Instacart shoppers will enter Bottecapps' brick and mortar locations and shop like normal customers and handle every element of the shop - from pick, pack, and checkout to delivery to the customer's door. Each shopper is equipped with the Instacart fulfillment app, which facilitates a seamless shop via ML-backed item substitutions and replacements and shopper chat-functionality unmatched in quality across the industry!

  • Category Specific Coupons

 

Stores can now create coupons across multiple categories and multiple subcategories. For example, the store can create a coupon that can provide 5% off for BEER and 10% off for LIQUOR and even set an order minimum for the coupon to be applied. Have any low margin product subcategories? No worries, you can simply exclude all items in a subcategory using a checkbox!

 

  • Abandon Cart Emails

     

Abandoned cart emails are emails that are sent to re-engage shoppers who left items in their carts without completing checkout. According to a research done on 500 leading global brands, 44.1% of abandoned cart emails are opened almost a third of clicks on abandoned cart emails (29.9%) lead to a recovered sale. Bottlecapps platform now sends 2 automated abandoned cart emails to every customer that has items saved in their cart but did not checkout, the first email an hour after the "shopping session" ends, and the next email after 24 hours.

 

  • Email Template Builder

Mailchimp and Constant Contact will now be in your rear-view mirror. Bottlecapps platform will soon allow you to send targeted emails to all your app and website users all from the same webconsole. You can add custom images, custom banners for events/tastings you may have in-store, or you can link products to those emails. Users are segmented by default to NEW and RETURNING customers. New customers are the ones who have never placed an order in the system, returning customers are those who place at least one order in the last 3 months. You can select who receives the email with just a click!
