Which Bottlecapps store got the most new users? What about the most orders? Who sent the most push notifications? Let’s find out…
Well, the results are in, and Garnet Wine in NYC officially takes the crown for Most Orders ($) Across a Single Location in spectacular fashion. Even after only joining the Bottlecapps family in May of 2022, and without a full calendar year under their belts, Garnet put on an unbelievable performance to take the victory by a WIDE margin. Yep, in only 9 months 👏
Building off the single store performance of Garnet Wine, next we move to Most Orders ($) Across An Entire Account, and to no one's surprise, Spec’s in Texas takes the top spot, and continues to grow by leaps and bounds month-over-month ever since their launch in 2020 💪
Bottlecapps is also excited to have expanded into Canada in 2022, and by this time next year, we expect to have many more retailers north of the border 🍁To date, Whistler Liquor Store holds down the pole position for Most Orders ($) for a Canadian Account.
Congratulations on an amazing year for these stores! How did they do it? Well, it all starts with getting customers to check out their app or website! Why? Because as we like to say around here, NEW USERS LEAD TO MORE ORDERS. And which store got the most New Users to try it for the first time? The Most New Users for a Single Location goes to . . . Spec’s (Smith St) in Houston, Texas 🤠 To further showcase the correlation between new users and more orders, we’d like to give congratulation to Spec’s for surpassing a whopping 500,000 users on their app. There are more people using the Spec’s app everyday than the population of most cities in North America!
Again, traveling north, we shoutout T’s Liquor of Edmonton, Alberta CAN as the top spot for Most New Users for a Canadian Account 📢
And since we’re handing out imaginary awards, here are a few other note-worthy mega performers…
The NO PUSHOVER AWARD goes to … Bel Air Liquors! They sent the Most Push Notifications in 2022! It should come as no surprise, then, that Bel Air also sold more than a quarter million bucks worth of booze through their platform. Coincidence? Probably not 🔔
Along that same vein, we see similar success-parallels with store owners who flashed their customers often . . .
. . . what’s that? Oh, sorry. I’m being told that it's actually stores that set up the Most Flash Sales. My sincerest apologies. The FLASHIEST STORE AWARD goes to . . . Bel Air Liquors yet again! Wow, what a show these folks put on in 2022. Truly maximizing the capabilities of the Bottlecapps platform, and that's now two marketing awards for Bel Air. Man, can you imagine if these awards weren’t imaginary?!?
Outstanding job by these stores! It warms the heart seeing how well they utilized some of the traditional features on our platform. Push Notifications & Flash Sales, that’s the ‘apple pie’ of eCommerce 🥧
That said, let’s not forget about the newest feature in Bottlecapps’ portfolio, the Email Template Builder. We must admit, it’s a little tricky to come up with a clever name for this award, but let’s give it a try. The EMAILY TEMPLATEY AWARD (just go with it) goes to . . . City Farms Wine & Spirits of Tennessee! This store sent the Most Email Blasts straight from their Webconsole to their customers 📧
Our team would like to tip our cap to all of those stores mentioned here, and to the thousands of successful retailers on our platform NOT mentioned. Your success truly is our success! With all that said, what in the world might 2023 have in store for us all??? Will Lee’s Discount Liquor, of Nevada, continue the momentum they had as we closed 2022? How will ABC Fine Wine & Spirits of Florida make their presence felt on the Bottlecapps platform in 2023? With so many exciting new things in development and so much growth in yet another year, what will our stores do this year?!?
Let’s. Find. Out.
